On Friday, Brianna and Braelyn were able to attend the local public school for the day. (This is the first time they have ever been to a "real?" school -- and in another country at that :) ). The school is called KHS Senior Primary. It has grades 5-7 there. They went to the 5th grade class with a girl from the church named Sarah. Brianna loved it and wants to go back on Monday! Braelyn wasn't quite as keen on the whole thing. They got to be students for the day, doing just what the other children were required to do. Because the whites are the minority, they were a bit swarmed by the other girls (especially when they heard they were from the US). The girls there said Brianna and Braelyn are "so lucky" to be home schooled. I don't think that is very popular or well known here.
What a fun experience for them!
